A complete nutrition concept built for your members

RE:UP for gyms

RE:UP gives members fresh protein shakes, protein waffles and coffee right at the gym, without you having to develop or run the concept yourself.

Why leave the gym?

After training, members often need to refuel. Yet most have to leave the gym to find a good option.

RE:UP brings refuelling closer to your workout.

Members can train, refuel and carry on with their day — all in one place.

What we take care of

We take care of the entire concept.

Concept

Developing and adapting RE:UP.

Menu

Products and a menu tailored to your members.

Brand

A modern, recognisable concept.

Operations

Day-to-day operations and customer experience.

Staffing

I'll be behind the counter myself at the start.

The gym doesn't have to build everything itself.

RE:UP makes refuelling a natural part of the training experience. The gym gets an attractive offering for members without developing the concept from scratch.

A good starting point

Who is RE:UP for?

RE:UP works best where many people finish training at the same time.

  • Gyms with group classes, CrossFit or Hyrox
  • A staffed reception during peak hours
  • A space near the entrance or changing room where people pass by
  • An environment where members like to stay after training

Small footprint. High visibility.

A RE:UP bar at your gym

RE:UP is designed to fit naturally into existing gyms. The concept can be adapted to the available space, the gym's identity and members' needs.

How it works

From gym to RE:UP

01

Setup

We adapt RE:UP to your gym, available space and members.

02

Operations

RE:UP can handle the concept, products, menu, brand, staffing and daily operations.

03

Member experience

Members get easy access to protein, drinks, food and refuelling — right at the gym.

What you get

What does the gym get?

More value for members and a better experience: fresh protein shakes, protein waffles and coffee right where they train.

Turn an existing or unused space into an attractive offering and create a new commercial opportunity.

  • A new offering for members
  • A potential new revenue stream
  • Better use of available space
  • A more complete training environment
  • A modern, distinctive concept
  • A solution you can test in a pilot
  • No queues (coming soon)

Partnership model

We'll find the model that suits your gym.

Fixed rent

RE:UP runs the concept for an agreed fixed rent.

Revenue-based

The model is linked to revenue.

Hybrid

A combination of fixed rent and a revenue-based model.

We adapt the partnership model to size, location, space and membership numbers.

Partnership in numbers

Revenue example

Monthly revenue:

61,620 kr

Gym's monthly share:

6,162 kr

This is an example to show how the model works, not a promise. Actual figures depend on traffic and the agreement, and are measured during the pilot.

01

Pilot

02

Test

Products, demand and customer behaviour

03

Evaluate

Sales, feedback and operations

04

Ongoing partnership

Continue working together if the results are good

Before we start

Questions and answers

How much space is needed?

A small corner with room for a counter is often enough, ideally near the entrance or changing room. We adapt the setup to your premises.

What power and water access is needed?

Standard sockets, preferably on a separate circuit as the blender, waffle iron and coffee machine run at the same time. Access to water and a sink for handwashing and cleaning.

Who is responsible for hygiene and food safety?

RE:UP. We are registered with the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet), have our own internal controls and provide allergen information for everything we make.

What does it cost the gym?

Nothing at the start. RE:UP provides equipment, supplies and operations.

What does the gym get in return?

Fixed rent, a share of revenue or a combination. We'll agree on this together based on size and space.

Does it compete with what we sell at reception?

It doesn't have to. We adapt the menu and can work together on the products you already offer.

What happens if it doesn't work?

The pilot has no commitment. If it doesn't work, we clear up and return the space as it was.

Is RE:UP insured?

Yes, RE:UP has its own liability insurance before opening.

Could RE:UP work at your gym?

We want to partner with gyms that want to make the training experience even better.
